The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a dream with water views, gorgeous granite counters with high end finishes and details such as self closing drawers and deep double sinks. Open to the Dining Room, and overlooking the Great Room, there is also a door from the Kitchen leading directly to the yard and pool area.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY

Elevator reaches all floors and the driveway level. Wheelchair access to Living room, Dining, Kitchen, Library, Game Room, Screened in Porch, Swan Suite, Seal Suite, Roof top deck and Pool area. The en-suite bathroom in the Swan Suite is accessible but the shower does require a step in. There is no access to the other two-bedroom suites and one living room.

Perfect large family vacation

This past summer we took our 3 Children, their spouses, and 6 grandchildren (14 of us in all) and spent two wonderful weeks at Blue Waters. What an incomparable place for a multi family vacation - Two of all major appliances, - a long comfortable table that can seat up to 16 where we all gathered for coffee and breakfast each morning, - a marvelous pool which we used daily, even with all the nearby beaches (great for cleaning off salt water and sand), - a private dock from which we kayaked for hours across the beautiful bay. Zoning limits the number of bedrooms, but there are futons everywhere that make ideal “pajama party” venues for the young ones. We had a great time, and our host arranged services to meet any need (laundry, shopping, housekeeping, etc.) we had a great vacation!

Great Vacation Home for Family Gathering

Wonderful property that easily accommodated the entire family of 12 to 14. The kitchen was perfect for numerous meals - breakfasts, lunch and dinners - and a large group. Also great space for meals pool site with amazing views, as well as meals in the sun room. Plenty of sleeping space and flexible for adults and older teens who really enjoyed the downstairs hangout / game room. The pool was a hit, plus easy to paddle boarding off the dock. The morning sunrises - from almost every room - were beautiful. Especially loved the view from the Master and the private roof deck off the Master. Great way to start every day! Perfect for larger families and groups - more than enough space to gather as well as escape to private retreats throughout the house.

A Truly Great Holiday Destination

“We had the good fortune to stay at Blue Waters from the 20th – 27th July 2019. The house is very impressive and in one of the best locations we have ever stayed. On arrival we were immediately struck by the absolutely fabulous views over the inlet and out to the ocean beyond. It actually took us a while to unload the cars because we all just stood in the garden and by the pool to take in the view! There were 15 in our group, a mixture of adults and teenagers. The house itself has absolutely everything you could possibly require for a vacation with a group of this size. It was really refreshing for us all to be able to sit together at the huge dining table and have dinner together. The house is really well laid out and lends itself to a sociable relaxed vibe. If the teenagers weren’t in or by the pool, they were playing pool or hanging out in the den. One of the real highlights was the upper level roof terrace. At sunrise, sunset or anytime in between it really is an absolutely superb spot to just take in the view, relax and enjoy probably one of the best vistas of any home on the Cape. A truly great holiday destination.”

Breathtaking views and wonderful host!

My large family group had limited options for our vacation because our father is in a wheelchair. We thought we might have to settle when it came to a house, but we could not have been more wrong! We found Blue Waters and it was perfect! The host was so accommodating and understanding of our needs and the house itself was stunning. Two of all appliances makes it a perfect spot for larger groups. The views from the pool of the wildlife and the inlet were spectacular and at night the stargazing from the roof deck were literally awesome. The host was wonderful to deal with and the location was perfect. Highly recommend this property and hope to return again and again.

Wonderful place to gather with extended family

We gathered here to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. We were a total of 16 people that included my 80 yr old mom, my 2 sisters and our families. The house is just as it is described. The view is magnificent!! As you can imagine, everyone really enjoyed the pool. We also rented a kayak and a canoe, which were delivered and picked up right from the property for a small fee. And we also had a chef (recommended by the owner) come in and cook a surprise surf and turf dinner for my mom's birthday, which she absolutely loved! We loved that we could all sit at the table together for meals. The main floor is spacious enough that you never feel cramped or on top of each other. The roof top deck is absolutely stunning! I woke up every morning to catch the sunrise and listen to the birds. It's a great place for a multi-generational vacation. There were plenty of restaurants close by. The elevator would be great for people with disabilities. You can go from the ground floor where the pool is, all the way up to the floor where the roof top deck is. What a wonderful way to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday!!

We rented this house in mid-September and it was all we hoped for and more! The house is beautiful and well kept and was great for our multi-generational family visit! Intimate Family Celebration

We had a small, intimate family celebration at the house last spring. It surpassed all my expectations; the layout of the house, along with the magnificant views seen from literally every room in the house, allowed our celebration to be truly a magical event. The house fit 12 people ranging in ages from 80 years to 6 months comfortably allowing for privacy due to the design of the house. The owner of the house is extremely helpful as well. She helped us with finding a chef and florist who were amazing. She went out of her way to make sure we had all the accommodations necessary, and that the house was ready for us when we arrived. The memories our family had at this house will last a lifetime; we all agreed!
